They listed every type of call the agency was missing. Quotes, claims, billing questions, after-hours emergencies, Spanish-speaking customers. Then they built the receptionist to handle all of it. That system became InsuraMate AI.
Today it answers every call at Goodwill, in any language, around the clock. We're now opening it up to nine more independent agencies at the founding rate, before raising the price.
